GREENVILLE, NC, June 18, 2007 — Kittrell, Armstrong & Waldrop, LLC announced today that they have selected Evolve, Inc. as its agency of record. Kittrell & Armstrong, LLC recently partnered with Waldrop Properties, LLC of Raleigh to form Kittrell, Armstrong & Waldrop, LLC. The new firm will have offices in Greenville and Raleigh.

Both Kittrell & Armstrong, LLC and Waldrop Properties, LLC are well-known, full service commercial real estate firms and well respected with a strong reputation of solving demanding real estate challenges, both commercial and industrial. The commercial side of the business offers income producing properties and 1031 tax-free exchanges. The industrial side of the business offers large industrial properties throughout eastern North Carolina. By combining their expertise and knowledge in commercial and industrial real estate, the three partners (Bryant Kittrell, Stan Armstrong, and Michael Waldrop) will form one of the leading commercial real estate agencies in eastern North Carolina.

Evolve will initiate an integrated marketing communications campaign to incorporate the recent partnership and to further increase the agencies’ presence in the market. Evolve will be responsible for the development of a corporate identity package for Kittrell, Armstrong & Waldrop, LLC, as well as a freshly conceptualized Web site. Evolve will also be facilitating media relations efforts and the creation of sales collateral that will be used throughout the company.

With their growth and expansion, the newly formed company began searching for an advertising agency, representing innovation, efficiency and creativity.
